Spring Creek, a 278-unit multifamily community strategically located between
the Dallas North Tollway and US HWY 75, minutes from Toyota Motors North
America, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and Texas Health Presbyterian
Hospital.
Nicholas Residential plans to implement an expanded offering of the firm’s
