Nicholas Residential LLC, in cooperation with its wholly owned subsidiary Bellevue Living, is pleased to announce that it completed the sale of Bellevue Sheridan, a 256-unit multifamily community located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The buyer was Trident Multifamily.
Bellevue Sheridan consists of 11 garden-style apartment buildings on nearly 8 acres. The community was built in 1985.
Bellevue Sheridan is located in South Tulsa within the desirable Jenks Public School District. It is positioned minutes from some of South Tulsa’s major retail, dining, and entertainment corridors.
